These classes continue in line with Centre Pointe’s Dancing Stars programme specialising in providing
movement classes for your young child which are fully integrated with the Early Years Foundation Stage
curriculum. Our fully qualified dance teachers and very experienced nursery school practitioners will
ensure your son or daughter and even you will thoroughly enjoy our classes.
Little Stars (2 – 3 years) Pre School
Your child is now independent and will begin to gaze into ballet, acro modern and tap through our various stories and themed classes, dancing and moving on their own. Your child will be encouraged to use our class props to enhance their imagination are made from recyclable products, they will be plastic free and when you wish to dispose of them you will be able to pop them into your recycling box at home.

Saturdays: 9.15am – 10.15am
Shooting Stars (4 – 5 years) Reception
Your child will continue to illuminate the sky with their knowledge and skills in ballet, acro modern and tap. He or she will learn new steps and little routines continuing with our themes and stories and your child will be encouraged to use our props to enhance their imagination. All our props are made from recyclable products, they will be plastic free and when you wish to dispose of them you will be able to pop them into your recycling box at home.

Wednesdays: 4.15pm – 5.15pm
Saturdays: 10.45am – 11.45noon
Future Stars (5 – 6 years) Year 1
Your child will then launch into developing their dance technique, strength, posture, co ordination and rhythm. Your son or daughter will enhance their self confidence with an introduction into singing and drama too. This class will
bring together all the skills and movements that they have learnt in the Dancing Stars programme enabling them to transfer into any style of dance and progress into our Stage Stars.
